Seven Days

Alright ladies and gentlemen – the deadline for comment on the HTH restoration and residential development looms (seven days). If you have something to say and haven’t yet, now’s the time.

  1. I wanted to repeat my objection to seven stories, the tallest building in Crouch End, the introduction of a scar on the skyline for the next 100 years, long after the labour councillors who dare permit such an intrusion will have passed on. It is clear that no one in Crouch end wants this sort of mini Euston Tower in the place how can any elected represenattive reject the majority opion and agree to such a construction?

From the architectural plans it seems that the green will also be shrunk/mutilated.

  2. I’m sure that lots of people with concerns about this application will want to get something onto the Planning website in the next few days but, like many so many of us, haven’t a clue where to start.

    Happily, hep is at hand!!

Do take a look at this document that came out of last week’s CENF planning workshop in the Town Hall.

It is an easy guide to all the main issues that you might want to comment on. You don’t have to include all of them, just those that cause you concerns.

The important thing is that you have your voice heard and the only way to do that is to get your comments onto the planning portal.
